02/06- today's the first day of the sec 1 npcc camp..reported to sch at 6.30am to prepare everything and to make sure that we have all the materials needed..the sec 1s were supposed to fall-in in parade square at 8am..after all of them reached,jessica took the attendance for gurls and chong ee took the attendance for the boys..den,milfred divided them into 6 different grps for the camp,namely- fork,spoon,toothpaste,toothbrush,torchlight and mug..for me,i'm in charge of fork..after the sepration of grps,the sec 1s were also told abt their bunk numbers..there were 6 bunks,bunks 1-3 are for the gurls while bunks 4-6 are for the boys..after that,the sec 1s were told to go to their bunks to put their belongings and the ncos in charged of the various bunks were suppose to instruct them on the rules and the bunk arrangement..for me,i was in charged of bunk 3..after the bunk arrangement,the sec 1s had their drills at abt 10am and den their lunch..the ncos den taught them how to light the solid fuel and how to cook using mass tins..after teaching them,we went to the canteen to hv our lunch..haha,we had catered food and the food was yummy =) hmm..after lunch was campcraft,and den games..the sec 1s played this game called "tutti fruity pom pi pi"..they were supposed to find the different kinds of fruits hidden in the school compound..the fruits that they had to find included dragon fruit,apple,lemon,chilli,red dates and papaya..after finding the fruit,they had to eat them in order to get more points..yupps,think the sec 1s enjoyed the game alot..after games session was PT,and their PT was bad..the whole lot of them got scolding..nxt was dinner,songs and cheer and den the most interesting one-night trail..the night trail took place at ard 9am..the sec 1s were blind folded and they were led by the ncos to go thru different obstacles which include crawling in the mud,ncos putting flour and powder on their body as well as spraying water with grass on their legs..after night trail was the bunk check..many of them got pumped because their bunks were nt up to standard..lastly,the sec 1s had their supper and slept at ard 1am..while the sec 1s were sleeping,we,the ncos din't get to slp at all..we had to patrol ard the sch to make sure that the gates are locked and that the sec 1s are ok..den there was also the fire drill in the middle of the nite..so,we only managed to slp for an hour plus..all of us were dog-tired..

03/06-the first programme for the day was PT,followed by breakfast and den drills..for their drill session,we taught them a new command-hentakaki..at first,i hv always thot that it was very easy to teach a new command,until i tried teaching the sec 1s today..it was reli difficult,bt seeing them carrying out the command correctly and learning something new just makes u feel so satisfied..next was games,lunch and den the clean-up session..for the clean-up session,the sec 1s were supposed to clean up their bunks and make sure that it is in tip top condition..after clean-up session,the sec 3 ncos checked their bunks and later on at 3+,they had their total defence course..while the sec 1s were hving their course,the sec 2 and sec 3 ncos had a debrief by mr lee..he asked us abt our opinions of the camp..the total defence course ended at ard 4.30am..the sec 1s had their debrief and all of us were dismissed at 5.05pm..yupp,this camp is certainly a fun one..i got to noe my seniors and squad mates better..this kinda bonded all of us together..we did all the planning together and played together..den bing chao keep bullying me..lols..
